What we collect. When you send the estimate or contact form, we receive what you type: usually your name, phone number, email address, street or town, and a few notes about the roof. The cost calculator, the repair-or-replace quiz and the area check run inside your browser, and their answers are not sent to us unless you also submit a form.

Where it goes. Your form details go to one independent local roofing contractor so that roofer can get in touch about your request, and nowhere else. We do not sell, rent or trade personal information, and we do not pass it to lists of other companies.

Phone calls. The number on the site, (412) 555-0189, is a call-tracking number that forwards your call to the roofer. It logs only the time of the call, how long it lasted and which page or source led to it. Calls are not recorded.

Cookies and visit data. The site may use cookies that pages need to work and basic, anonymous visit counts. You can block cookies in your browser settings; the pages still load.

How long we keep it. Form records are kept only as long as needed to pass the request along and keep a basic business record. To ask what we hold about you, or to have it deleted, use the contact page.

Children. The site is meant for adult homeowners and does not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

Changes. If this policy changes, the updated version will appear on this page with a new date. Last updated October 9, 2026.
