What the site is. A referral service that homeowners use at no cost. No roof work is carried out by the site, and it neither prices jobs nor enters into contracts or insurance claims. A request you send goes to one independent local roofer, who decides whether to offer an estimate and does any work.

Your agreement is with the roofer. Any estimate, contract, payment, warranty or schedule is between you and that roofer alone. Read the paperwork carefully and look the roofer up on the Attorney General's online contractor search before you sign.

Information on the site. Costs, storm history, permit notes and law summaries are general information, collected from public sources and checked when written. They can change and may not fit your house. Calculator and quiz results are planning aids, not quotes, bids or inspections.

Your use. Please give accurate details in forms and only submit a request for a property you own or have authority over. Do not copy the site's content for commercial use or try to disrupt it.

Links. Links to government and other outside pages are for convenience. We do not control those pages and are not responsible for them.

Liability. The site is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, Roof Replacement Pittsburgh PA is not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site or from work done or not done by any roofer.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

Changes. We may update these terms; the version on this page is the current one. Last updated October 9, 2026.
